As a Mechanical Maintenance Pro , you'll use your troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience to support large-scale industrial operations and play a direct role in keeping production moving. Key Responsibilities / What You'll Do Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical and hydraulic equipment. Perform preventative maintenance to maximize equipment reliability. Install, assemble, and maintain industrial machinery and systems. Repair pumps, cylinders, valves, gearboxes, bearings, conveyors, and related equipment. Conduct maintenance and repairs on cranes and mobile equipment. Read and interpret hydraulic schematics, blueprints, and P&ID diagrams. Complete welding repairs as needed. Utilize maintenance software and diagnostic tools to identify and resolve issues. Maintain a safe work environment and follow all company safety procedures. Work closely with operations and maintenance teams to minimize downtime. 3. Required Skills & Qualifications Must-Have 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience. Strong mechanical and hydraulic troubleshooting skills. Experience repairing and maintaining industrial equipment. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and hydraulic diagrams. Knowledge of preventative maintenance practices. Strong commitment to workplace safety. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Nice-to-Have Mechanical Engineering degree, technical certification, or equivalent training. Experience in steel manufacturing, rolling mills, casting operations, or other heavy industrial environments. Welding experience. Experience working with cranes, hydraulic systems, and mobile equipment. Maintenance software experience.
