Position:

Maintenance, part time

Pay Range:

$14-17/hour, dependent upon experience

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance and repair of park amenities and facilities: fence repair, signpost maintenance, light plumbing repairs, painting, etc. Regular inspections to ensure safety standards. Landscaping tasks include mowing, trimming, and general upkeep. Assisting residents with issues or concerns. Reporting to the park manager with updates and requisitions.

Requirements:

Previous maintenance experience preferred. Must be able to lift 40 lbs. safely. Must be reliable, diligent, and have attention to detail. Strong communication skills and a team player attitude. Ability to work with various tools and machinery. Maintenance and repair of park amenities and facilities. We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity.
