Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse set of skills in construction and repair, demonstrating proficiency in various repair/installer tasks. This role requires a hands-on approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Handy Man will be responsible for performing repairs, maintenance, and renovations for all exterior projects including roofing, siding, windows, doors, decking, and more. Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings and homes. Roofing, siding, decking, windows, and all exterior repair tasks. Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various tasks. Other repairs will be needed from time to time. Working at heights will be required. Assist with remodeling projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship. Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times. Lift heavy materials as necessary to complete tasks safely. Requirements Proven repair person experience with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment. Knowledge of construction practices including roofing, siding, decking, windows, doors, and more. Experience with caulking, fabrication, and restoration techniques is advantageous. Strong physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all work performed. Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment. Previous experience on construction sites is highly desirable.
