Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and versatile Handyman / Remodeling Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of repair, maintenance, and remodeling tasks across residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will help ensure that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in construction, renovation, and problem-solving while contributing to the transformation of spaces into functional and aesthetically pleasing environments. Requirements Must have a reliable truck or work vehicle. Must own basic hand tools and power tools required to complete handyman and remodeling work. Valid driver's license and dependable transportation. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions when needed. Strong work ethic with attention to detail. Professional appearance and communication skills. Preferred Experience Drywall installation, taping, mudding, sanding, and repairs. Interior and exterior painting. Trim and finish carpentry. Flooring installation (LVP, laminate, hardwood). Door and window installation. Basic plumbing and electrical repairs. General home maintenance and repair. Ability to accurately read a tape measure and follow project specifications. Responsibilities Complete residential repair and remodeling projects to company standards. Maintain a clean and organized job site. Take clear before, during, and after photos of every project. Photograph measurements, existing conditions, and project details to assist the office with estimating future work. Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members. Work independently while maintaining quality craftsmanship.
