Job Description

Overview We're looking for a dependable, motivated Air Duct Cleaning Technician who takes pride in doing meaningful, hands-on work and wants to be part of a team that cares about quality, integrity, and people. No air duct cleaning experience is required. We have a comprehensive training program designed to teach the right person the skills, techniques, and industry standards needed to become a skilled technician. Experience in HVAC, construction, maintenance, or other hands-on trades can be helpful, but what matters most is a strong work ethic, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and the ability to work well with customers and your team. In this role, you won't just be "cleaning ducts." You'll be improving indoor air quality, helping families breathe easier, and helping HVAC systems operate cleaner and more efficiently. Responsibilities Clean and restore HVAC air duct systems following NADCA standards and company procedures Perform system inspections to identify buildup, airflow issues, or areas of concern Use professional vacuum and agitation equipment to safely remove contaminants Protect HVAC components, customer property, and indoor environments during service Clean associated system components when applicable, including vents, returns, air handlers, blowers, and coils Perform additional services such as dryer vent cleaning, fireplace/chimney cleaning and inspections, and boiler cleaning (training provided) Follow safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company procedures at all times Document work, including before-and-after photos, and communicate findings clearly with customers and team members Take pride in leaving every job site cleaner, safer, and better than you found it Experience & Qualifications No prior air duct cleaning experience is required; comprehensive training is provided Experience in HVAC, construction, maintenance, mechanical work, or another hands-on field is a plus, but not required Willingness to learn HVAC systems, ductwork components, specialized equipment, and professional cleaning techniques Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to learn to operate specialized cleaning and inspection equipment safely and effectively Must be at least 19 years old due to company vehicle insurance requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening Comfortable working at heights and accessing roofs using ladders Comfortable working in crawlspaces, attics, and other confined or limited-access areas Able to perform physically demanding, hands-on work throughout the workday Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude when interacting with customers and coworkers

From $18.00 per hour
