Cabinet Production Worker The Cabinet Production Worker is responsible for various stages of the cabinet manufacturing process, including cabinet construction, assembly, machine operation, component preparation, sanding, and other production tasks necessary to complete high-quality finished products. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn proper manufacturing techniques and procedures. Training will be provided to ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment and adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Assemble and construct cabinets and cabinet components. Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently. Prepare, sand, and finish cabinet components for assembly. Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow production schedules, company procedures, and safety guidelines. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals. Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Manufacturing or woodworking experience is preferred but not required. Ability to use hand and power tools safely. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required. Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to learn new skills.

Compensation:

Hourly pay is based on relevant experience in cabinet manufacturing or a similar production or manufacturing environment.
