What You'll Do:

Build out IDF and MDF closets from the ground up Pull copper and fiber cable through commercial spaces Perform fiber splicing and termination Terminate CAT6 and CAT6a connections with precision Run Fluke certification tests and maintain a 95% pass rate Document all work clearly and accurately

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in commercial cabling Strong background in IDF/MDF builds Hands-on experience with fiber and fiber splicing CAT6 and CAT6a termination experience Track record of hitting a 95% pass rate or higher on terminated connections Panduit certification is a plus Comfortable using Fluke testing equipment Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
