Skills Required:

Evening/ Night shift hours 3x12 shifts 4+ years of experience in low voltage installation Technical Competence (terminations, testing, proper installation) Independence (completes tasks correctly without constant supervision) Problem Recognition (identifies issues and asks the right questions) Jobsite Awareness (pathway planning, code awareness, coordination) Quality Ownership (verifies work, corrects mistakes, follows standards) Reliability (attendance, punctuality, consistency) Willingness to Learn (follows instructions, accepts feedback) Work Ethic (effort, initiative, task completion) Attention to Detail (neat work, labeling awareness) Teamwork & Safety (cooperation, jobsite awareness)

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry 100lbs Must be comfortable with heights and be able to climb up to a 20 ft ladder and use scissor lift, boom lift etc. Must be able to crawl through a 2x2 crawl space Must have reliable transportation to job sites that change daily

Core Responsibilities:

Pull, coil, and secure cable neatly Understand fire-rated pathways and basic cable routing restrictions Installing faceplates Follow instructions, safety rules, and company policies Complete assigned tasks independently and correctly Terminate jacks and RJ-45 ends to company standards Test, label, and verify installed cabling Determine basic cable pathways and follow code requirements Install and connect devices such as WAPs, cameras, and speakers Coordinate work with Lead Technician as needed
