Physical Solutions Project Manager (Don Forman) Launch Your Career in Telecommunications & Low-Voltage Systems CCi Voice is looking for a motivated Cabling Assistant to join our growing Physical Solutions team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in doing quality installations, and wants to build a long-term career in the telecommunications and low-voltage industry. Some experience with structured cabling, electrical work, or construction is helpful, but we're also interested in candidates who have recently completed a trade school program or vocational training in electrical, networking, or a related field. We'll provide additional on-the-job training to help you succeed. What You'll Do Assist with the installation of Cat5e, Cat6, fiber optic, and other low-voltage cabling. Help install security cameras, access control systems, Wi-Fi equipment, and network infrastructure. Pull, route, label, and terminate cables. Assist with equipment mounting, rack installation, and cable management. Read and follow installation plans and work instructions. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site. Travel to customer locations throughout Connecticut and the surrounding region. Work alongside experienced technicians while learning industry best practices. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent. Trade school or vocational training in electrical, networking, telecommunications, or a related field is a plus. Some experience with low-voltage cabling, electrical work, construction, or installation work is preferred but not required. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Comfortable using hand and power tools. Good communication and teamwork skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on ladders when needed.
