We are looking for a Generator Installation Technician to help support that mission. Job Summary CPS&S sells, installs, maintains and services a number of brands of standby and continuous, prime power generators. These generators serve a growing list of customers, dominated by data centers. This effort requires a very specific on-site technician starting with installation. Ideally, we are looking for candidates who have some degree of prior experience with generator sets, diesel & gaseous engines and industrial / commercial electrical distribution. However, more importantly, we are looking for technicians who want to grow their skills. The Generator Installation Technician will routinely work closely with Engineering, Production and Sales teams to meet customer needs. Physical Demands/Work Environment:
This position regularly requires walking, standing, sitting, stooping, bending, kneeling and climbing stairs. It also often requires pushing, pulling, twisting, lifting 50+ lbs. and working in a variety of weather conditions and noise levels.
