$30/hour Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented MDU Fiber Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot fiber optic networks within Multi-Dwelling Units (MDUs), including apartment complexes, condominiums, senior living communities, and mixed-use properties. The ideal candidate will have experience with fiber installations, customer service, and working in occupied residential environments. Key Responsibilities

• Install, terminate, test, and troubleshoot fiber optic cabling in MDU environments.
• Install and configure network equipment, including ONTs, routers, and related devices.
• Conduct service activations and customer premise installations.
• Read and interpret network diagrams, floor plans, and construction documents.
• Maintain accurate installation records, test results, and daily work reports.
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and industry best practices.
• Communicate professionally with property managers, residents, and team members.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Participate in on-call rotations and occasional overtime as needed. Qualifications Required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
• Comfortable working on ladders, in utility rooms, attics, and crawl spaces.
• Basic understanding of telecommunications and networking principles.

Pay:

$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
