Overview Bellissimo Construction LLC is a global low-voltage and security installation and management company with offices in Chicago and Los Angeles, serving clients across the United States and internationally. We specialize in the installation, management, and maintenance of low-voltage and security systems, delivering reliable and customized solutions for our clients. Position Summary A Low Voltage Technician with at least two years of experience is responsible for installing, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining low-voltage systems, including security, access control, surveillance, and communication equipment. The technician is skilled in reading blueprints, running and terminating cable, configuring equipment, and ensuring installations meet safety and quality standards. They work independently and as part of a team while maintaining professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent customer service. Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in low-voltage installation or related field. Experience installing and servicing security, surveillance, access control, and communication systems . Knowledge of CAT5e/CAT6, coaxial, fiber optic, and other low-voltage cabling . Ability to read blueprints, floor plans, and wiring diagrams . Proficiency with cable pulling, termination, labeling, testing, and troubleshooting . Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and ladders/lifts . Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills . Ability to work independently and as part of a team while meeting project deadlines. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Strong communication, professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality workmanship .
