In this role, you will be responsible for installing, assembling, and securing tents for various events and projects, ensuring safety, stability, and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will help create reliable solutions that meet client specifications and industry standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, utilize a variety of tools, and develop your skills in construction-related tasks while delivering exceptional service. Duties Interpret installation plans, and drawings to accurately assemble tents according to specifications. Use hand tools and power tools to set up tent frames, secure anchoring systems, and install fabric coverings with precision. Measure dimensions accurately using tape measures and other tools to ensure proper fit and alignment of tent components. Follow safety protocols during installation processes, including ladder use and heavy equipment operation when necessary. Assist with the installation of additional features such as gutters, lighting fixtures, or decorative elements in accordance with project requirements. Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high standards of quality and customer service. Skills Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, ladders, and heavy equipment operation relevant to tent setup. Excellent customer service skills to address client needs professionally during installations.
