Job Description

Overview We are seeking a Low Voltage Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in low voltage systems, including installation and maintenance of telecommunications, security, A/V and networking equipment. Note that this is ideal, but not a must. For those that may be new to the industry, we offer in the field, hands on, and on line training. This role is essential for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our clients' communication systems. Duties Install, maintain, and repair low voltage cabling and systems, including telephone, security, A/V, and data networks. Conduct field service operations to troubleshoot and resolve issues with various communications equipment. Utilize both hand and power tools Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including service reports and installation records. Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding low voltage systems and services. Skills Proficiency in field service operations with hands-on experience in low voltage installations is a plus, but not required Familiarity with mechanical systems and troubleshooting techniques. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills for effective customer experiences.
