Responsibilities As a FTTH Technician, your responsibilities will include a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to: Perform FTTH (Fiber to the Home) and broadband installations in residential settings Provide professional customer service and explain equipment operation to customers Install and route fiber drop cables for aerial and underground applications Mount, configure, and activate ONTs, routers, and Wi-Fi equipment Conduct signal testing, troubleshooting, and service verification Complete service calls, repairs, and work-order documentation accurately Adhere to all safety standards, quality guidelines, and company procedures Requirements Your
