Lead Low Voltage Technician - Raleigh, NC We are seeking an experienced Lead Low Voltage Technician for commercial projects throughout the Raleigh, NC area. Most projects are local to Raleigh with some work in Charlotte and minimal overnight travel . This is a hands-on lead role. You will work in the field while leading crews of up to 5 technicians and taking ownership of projects from start to completion.

Responsibilities:

Lead and work alongside crews of up to 5 technicians Read prints, drawings and scopes of work Plan daily work and keep projects on schedule Install, terminate and test Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6A and fiber Install J-hooks, pathways, racks and cable management Complete MDF/IDF buildouts, patch panels and rack work Troubleshoot cabling and connectivity issues Perform QA/QC, testing and labeling Communicate project progress and issues with Project Managers Maintain a clean, professional jobsite

What We're Looking For:

Strong commercial low-voltage/structured cabling experience Previous experience leading technicians or small crews Ability to take ownership of projects in the field Comfortable using digital prints, tablets and project-management apps AV experience is a plus OSHA, BICSI, lift or manufacturer certifications are a plus Reliable transportation, hand tools and PPE #IND1

Pay:

$25.00 - $37.00 per hour
