Job Description
Company Description Delaire USA is a New Jersey-based custom manufacturer with over 30 years of experience producing precision RF and fiber optic cable assemblies, wiring harnesses, and advanced test systems for demanding defense, aerospace, and commercial applications. Role Description The Precision Assembly Technician is a full-time, on-site position in Eatontown, NJ. This role involves building precision cable assemblies, wiring harnesses, and related components according to detailed work instructions. No previous cable assembly or manufacturing experience is required. We will train the right person. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys detailed, hands-on work and has the patience and dexterity for tasks requiring precision. People who enjoy crafts, model building, puzzles, knitting, sewing, electronics, or other detail-oriented hobbies may find that many of those skills translate well to this work. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing materials, assembling cables and harnesses, following work instructions and drawings, and learning to use specialized hand tools and equipment. You'll work closely with experienced team members to ensure every assembly meets Delaire USA's quality standards. Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Patience and the ability to perform precise, repetitive work
- Ability to carefully follow written and verbal instructions
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Comfortable working with small components and hand tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous manufacturing, electronics, soldering, cable assembly, or related experience is a plus, but not required
