Minimum Education None Minimum Years of Experience 0-2 Specific Qualifications Qualifications Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (required) Valid state driver's license with a good driving record (required) 21 years of age preferred, but not required Must be able to obtain a Sheriff Card and/or LVMPD License 1+ year of experience in a comparable hands-on field such as: Construction trades Mechanics Semi-skilled manufacturing Other related technical or trade roles 1+ year of direct customer service experience Basic PC and Windows software skills Stable work history Ability to work required shifts and overtime as needed Ability to work 10-12+ hour days Willingness to work a flexible, non-traditional schedule, including 5-6 day work weeks Strong communication skills; ability to work effectively with customers and team members Spanish language skills a plus in some locations Education/Experience High school diploma or GED (preferred) Post-high school education a plus Prior experience in construction, mechanics, manufacturing, or other hands-on trade roles Physical Requirements Ability to carry and operate tools and equipment Ability to inspect, install, repair, and document materials and equipment Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle Ability to distinguish different wire colors Ability to communicate in person and by telephone Ability to bend, stoop, crawl, and kneel Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, including carrying and positioning a 28-foot extension ladder Ability to climb ladders and/or utility poles and work at heights Ability to work on active job sites, indoors and outdoors, including attics, crawlspaces, and confined or elevated spaces, with exposure to varying weather, construction noise, dust, and other job site conditions Ability to tolerate temporary exposure to fumes, airborne particles, and extreme non-weather-related heat Wear safety gear such as Personal Protective Equipment Lift, carry, push, and pull at least 50 pounds This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship or work authorization support.
