Position Overview We are hiring Structured Cabling Technicians (Level II and Level III) to support a new construction build in Sparks, NV. This is a ground-up construction site, not a live or operating data center facility. Technicians will focus on structured cabling installation, with opportunities to work on fiber as skill level allows. This is a hands-on, production-driven role suited for technicians who can work independently with minimal direction and want long-term project stability. Key Responsibilities Follow safe work practices and all company and client worksite policies, safety is our number one core value Assist the project team with structured cabling installation activities as needed Proactively maintain jobsite organization and basic housekeeping, including organizing materials, tools, and equipment and addressing hazardous conditions promptly Read and interpret floorplans, drawings, specifications, and cut sheets Apply knowledge of structured cabling materials and installation methodologies Effectively manage time, manpower, and materials Interface with customers and project leadership on a professional level Deliver assignments on schedule and within budget according to company standards Perform job closeout and as-built drawings Understand the task at hand and ask relevant questions before beginning work Maintain compliance with customer security requirements Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time, including timesheets, PTP, and TBT documentation Adhere to and participate in all company, customer, and industry quality and safety standards Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor on site Required Qualifications 3-5 years of Structured cabling experience required Data center construction experience preferred but not required Fiber optic experience is a plus OSHA 10 certification required High school diploma or GED required Comfortable working independently and staying productive with minimal direction Strong communication skills and reliability on active jobsites Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work on ladders, and operate in construction environments Able to pass a background check and drug screen Benefits and Compensation Pay range: $25 to $42 per hour, based on experience and technician level Weekly pay
