This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently, solving technical problems, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Install, configure, and activate residential satellite television and entertainment systems. Perform equipment setup, cable routing, and system testing. Troubleshoot service issues and ensure installations meet quality standards. Educate customers on equipment operation and available features. Complete service documentation accurately using a mobile device. Follow all company safety guidelines and maintain a professional appearance.
