This is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor! Excellent attendance is essential.

Brandon, SD Fulltime Day shift Evening Shift Starting at $23.50 based on experience Evening shift differential for 2nd shift workers Climate controlled conditions year round Comprehensive benefit package including PTO, Health Vision and Dental Insurance, Retirement Plan, Life Insurance, Health Savings Account (HSA), Employee Assistance Program, and more! Some experience in cabling or low voltage preferred, will train the right person Essential Functions Install, maintain, and service copper and fiber optic cabling for: Network infrastructure Access control systems Video systems Telephone services Primary Roles & Responsibilities Install cable pathways, cable trays, and equipment racks Install and service: Low-voltage category cabling Fiber optic cabling Communications cabling and equipment Work with Category 3, Category 5, Category 6, and Fiber Optic Structured Cabling systems Perform cabling upgrades and additions Evaluate, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair cabling issues Complete required documentation accurately and timely Transport tools, equipment, and supplies as needed Competencies Proven ability to install, terminate, and test low-voltage cabling, including: Twisted pair Coax Power-limited tray cable Stranded and solid conductor low-voltage cable Fiber optic cable Experience installing cable pathways and conveyance systems (ladders, trays, support systems) Knowledge of through-wall penetration systems Strong understanding of telecom, data, security, and wireless cabling infrastructure Ability to read blueprints and architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawings Ability to interpret floor plans, wiring diagrams, and installation documentation Mechanical aptitude Working knowledge of industry standards:
BICSI ANSI EIA/TIA
Local and National Electrical Code Physical Requirements Ability to carry up to 30 lbs and lift up to 50 lbs Ability to climb ladders and work at heights #ber
