We are hiring a certified, independent bench technician to build complex cable and harness assemblies from released drawings. Soldering is the core craft of this role in addition to wire-to-terminal, connector solder cups, and shield/braid work, alongside crimping, backshell installation, and finishing. At Protocable, you have direct influence over system changes and improvements. This includes but is not limited to work instructions, quality program, training curriculum, and workmanship culture. The results are visibly yours. This position is the founding workmanship authority for our production floor.
