Cabling Operator - 2nd Shift$21.50/Hour | Monday-Friday | Long Term PositionMasterson Staffing is hiring for a Cabling Operator position in Osceola, WI. This is a temporary assignment with the opportunity to become a long-term position for the right candidate.
Operate cabling machines that combine individual wire components into finished cable productsMonitor equipment to ensure quality productionPerform quality checks throughout the manufacturing processFollow safety procedures and production specificationsMaintain a clean and organized work areaWork as part of a team to meet production goalsRequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredPrevious experience utilizing Microsoft Office SuiteExperience utilizing high voltage test equipmentKnowledge of electrical safety practicesAbility to lift up to 50 poundsAbility to distinguish colors (color blind assessment required)Resume required with demonstrated excellent work history (more than one year at most previous employers)Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screenAbility to pass a national background check (no felonies within the last 7 years)Interview requiredBenefitsWeekly payHoliday payVacation payHealth insurance401(k)Position DetailsTemporary position with the opportunity to become long-termFull-time, 40 hours per weekNot located on a bus lineApply TodayCall 715-483-7177 or stop by our office at:
