Summary As a Cable Installer at TGTG, LLC, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality cable installation and network solutions. This role is vital to our mission of providing adaptable and cost-effective services that help our clients achieve their business goals. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair various types of cabling systems including fiber optics and Ethernet. Utilize hand tools and testing equipment such as ohmmeters to ensure proper installation and functionality. Perform fiber splicing and termination with precision to maintain network integrity. Conduct field service visits to troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues for clients. Collaborate with team members to execute network installations efficiently. Adhere to safety protocols while working on-site in diverse environments. Document installation processes and maintain accurate records of work performed. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance service delivery. Qualifications Proven experience in cable installation or related field service roles. Strong knowledge of cabling systems including fiber optics, Ethernet, and telephone systems. Familiarity with networking concepts and equipment such as Cisco routers is preferred. Ability to use hand tools effectively for installation tasks. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality work standards are met. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.
