Keep our coaches safe and on the road. Little Rock Coaches is hiring a Preventive Maintenance (PM) Mechanic to keep our motorcoach fleet in top shape. If you take pride in doing PM work right the first time and documenting it cleanly, we want to talk. What you will do

• Perform scheduled PM services: fluids, filters, belts, brakes, tires, and full component inspections
• Catch problems early and report what you find to the Maintenance Supervisor
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, air, brake, and HVAC issues
• Log your work orders in our fleet system the same day, accurately and completely
• Keep your bay, tools, and shared shop spaces clean and safe You will have the chance to work 1st Shift. What you bring
• Experience in diesel, heavy truck, or bus maintenance, or a strong equivalent
• Solid PM and inspection skills; air brake and DOT knowledge a plus
• Your own basic hand tools
• Valid driver's license or a CDL is preferred
• Attention to detail and a habit of documenting your work What we offer
