If you're the tech other techs call when a diesel or heavy duty unit has them stumped, someone who lives for a tough driveability problem or a no start nobody else could crack, welcome to your next chapter. We're not looking for just any tech, we're looking for a master of diesel and heavy duty diagnostics who wants to be the backbone of a busy, growing shop. Why This Role is Different This is a role built for someone who wants to do the work that actually challenges them. As our Diagnostic Master Tech at our Yuma location, you'll take on the complex diesel, heavy duty, electrical, and no start jobs that need real expertise, not just a scan tool and a guess. You'll be trusted with autonomy, respected for your skill, and given the chance to mentor other techs when the opportunity comes up. What You'll Get A well equipped shop and the tools to do serious diesel and heavy duty diagnostic work Competitive pay, $90,000 to $130,000 a year No weekends. Ever.
