Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Diesel Mechanic to join our team. We need a dependable, knowledgeable technician who is confident diagnosing and repairing diesel trucks and equipment and can work independently. Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair diesel engines Perform engine and transmission repairs and replacements Diagnose electrical and electronic systems Perform brake, ABS, suspension, and steering repairs Diagnose and repair air systems Perform preventative maintenance and inspections Troubleshoot mechanical and drivability issues Accurately document repairs and recommended work Maintain a clean and safe work environment Assist with complex diagnostic and repair jobs Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship Qualifications 5+ years of professional diesel mechanic experience preferred Strong diesel diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Experience with medium- and heavy-duty trucks Strong electrical diagnostic abilities Must have own tools Valid driver's license Dependable and punctual Able to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality repairs Compensation $104,000-$135,200 annual salary , depending on experience and qualifications.
