Are you an experienced Diesel Mechanic, Heavy Equipment Mechanic, Fleet Mechanic, Equipment Technician, or Field Service Technician looking for a stable, long-term opportunity? We're hiring a skilled mechanic to work on fleet and construction equipment in a hands-on environment. If you know how to diagnose problems, make quality repairs, and keep equipment operating safely, we'd like to hear from you. 💰

WHAT WE OFFER

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain diesel fleet and construction equipment Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues Repair and replace engines, transmissions, brakes, and other components Identify equipment problems and complete repairs efficiently Help minimize equipment downtime Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment 🔧

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

3+ years of diesel, heavy equipment, fleet, or related mechanical experience preferred Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Experience working on construction equipment, fleet vehicles, or heavy equipment Ability to work independently and diagnose problems with minimal supervision Comfortable working with hand and power tools Dependable, safety-minded, and quality-focused Ability to drive company vehicles Your own mechanic tools are required 👀
