Mobile Diesel Mechanic — Heavy Duty Roadside Service Golden Grain Diesel & Roadside | Julesburg CO to Denver CO We're a family-run agricultural and freight operation building something new: a mobile repair service that gets stranded truckers back on the road. If you take pride in your work, treat people right, and want to be trusted to run your own truck, we want to talk to you. What we're about Golden Grain was built on hard work, honesty, and taking care of the people we serve. We treat our drivers, customers, and team like family — and we're looking for a mechanic who shares those values. When a truck's down on the shoulder or stuck at a stop, you're the person who shows up, sorts it out, and does it right. What you'll do Respond to roadside and truck-stop breakdowns — tires, brakes, air systems, electrical, oil and fluids, and general heavy-duty diesel repair Diagnose and fix problems on-site to get trucks rolling again Represent Golden Grain with professionalism and integrity on every call What you get A newer, fully kitted-out service truck — yours to run Base pay of $75,000/year 15% revenue share on labor — with realistic earning potential toward $150,000/year as we grow The backing of an established, values-driven company that's invested in your success What we're looking for Solid heavy-duty diesel experience (roadside/mobile a plus) Ability to work independently and problem-solve under pressure Valid driver's license and clean record Someone dependable who wants to grow with us Ready to build something?
