WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
Medium- and heavy-duty diesel trucks and commercial fleet equipment Freightliner 114SD, International 7400, Kenworth, and similar equipment DOT inspections and related repairs Preventive maintenance, electrical diagnosis, drivability, and mechanical repairs A broad mix of commercial and fleet work
WHAT WE NEED
Experience servicing and repairing medium/heavy-duty diesel trucks Strong mechanical, electrical, and diesel diagnostic skills Ability to independently identify the root cause and complete repairs Preventive-maintenance and fleet-service experience Commitment to quality workmanship and minimizing comebacks Valid driver's license and good driving record Your own basic technician toolsEXPERIENCE THAT MOVES YOU TO THE TOP
These qualifications are highly desirable, but you do not need all of them to apply: Class A or ClassB CDL DOT
inspection and repair experience Truck-mounted crane repair Welding and fabrication Freightliner, International, or Kenworth experience Railroad or commercial fleet experience ASE certificationsWHY WORK HERE
Flexible three- or four-day workweek Approximately 30-40 hours per week Shop hours Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM No Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays Paid time off and paid holidays Established independent shop with a strong customer base Consistent fleet and commercial work Modern diagnostic equipment, multiple lifts, and a well-equipped facility Experienced team and no dealership environment Opportunity to help grow our diesel and fleet capabilities
COMPENSATION
$45- 55 per hour, depending on experience, diagnostic ability, certifications, and productivity.
B CDL, DOT
