Experienced Automotive Diesel Service Technician / Auto Repair Mechanic - Full Time | 5-Day Work Week | Sundays Off Hertrich Family of Dealerships is expanding and proud to announce the opening of our brand-new, state-of-the-art Truck Shop at Frederick Ford in Seaford! Who We Are:
For three generations, the Hertrich Family of Dealerships has delivered high-quality automotive service across the Delmarva Peninsula and beyond. We operate 24 dealerships, 15 collision centers, and 18 automotive brands , and proudly support 90+ local organizations and charities .
What You'll Do:
Diagnose and repair diesel and automotive systems including engines, transmissions, electrical, suspension, brakes, and emissions Perform inspections, maintenance, and testing on major components Complete accurate repair orders and communicate with Service Advisors Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Stay current with evolving automotive technologies
What We're Looking For:
Automotive and/or diesel repair experience ASE certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain) Strong work ethic and reliability High School Diploma or GED Valid driver's license Full set of tools
