MUST HAVE
No points on drivers license, DUI's or felonies What You'll Do Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy-duty diesel trucks Tackle engine, transmission, brake, steering, electrical, and aftertreatment work Use modern diagnostic tools Quality-check your own work and stand behind it Communicate clearly with service advisors so the customer always knows where their truck stands What We're Looking For 2+ years of diesel repair experience (heavy-duty / medium-duty / fleet preferred) Strong diagnostic skills — you can troubleshoot without leaning on Google or the lead tech Proficiency with modern diagnostic software and computerized tools Own tools and a serious tool box Disciplined, accountable, efficient Aligned with how we operate:
