Essential Duties:

Diagnostics & Repairs:

Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on agricultural and outdoor power equipment in the

OUTER BANKS

area.

Test Equipment:

Use test equipment for problem analysis and resolution.

Training:

Participate in required training programs.

Documentation:

Complete job notes, service reports, and work orders accurately.

Product Knowledge:

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Deutz-Fahr, Kubota and competitive products.

Customer Interaction:

Conduct work professionally to maintain a positive company image.

Safety:

Follow safety procedures and work in a safe manner.

Maintenance:

Maintain the condition of vehicles, tools, and equipment.

Qualifications:

Education:

Associates or Certificate in Diesel Technology preferred but not required.

Experience:

Troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on Tractor and Agricultural equipment; familiarity with test equipment.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to perform tasks involving sitting, standing, lifting, carrying, etc.

Additional:

Valid Driver's License with a safe driving record, computer experience a plus, willingness to work overtime or travel.
