While dealerships play games, we execute with precision. Now we're expanding our Dade City operation and need operators who share our mindset.
YOUR PROFILE
3+ years proven diesel shop experience Communicates clearly under pressure Obsessed with finding root causes, not just symptoms Ready to join a team that values excellence over excuses Approaches every repair like lives depend on it (because they do)
PERFORMANCE OPTIMIZATION PACKAGE
Base Compensation:
Up to $45/hour (top performers clear $90K+ annually)
Deployment Bonus:
$1,000 sign-on bonus (paid after 90-day evaluation period)
