What You'll Do Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy-duty diesel trucks Perform repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, electrical systems, and aftertreatment systems Use modern diagnostic software and computerized tools to accurately troubleshoot problems Inspect and quality-check your own work before returning equipment to service Take ownership of repairs and stand behind your work Communicate clearly with service advisors to keep customers informed about the status of their trucks What We're Looking For Diesel repair experience — heavy-duty, medium-duty, or fleet experience preferred Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to independently identify and solve mechanical and electrical problems Proficiency with modern diesel diagnostic software and computerized tools Must have your own professional tools and toolbox Dependable, disciplined, efficient, and accountable Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Team-oriented and aligned with our core values:
