Experienced Shuttle Bus & Medium/Heavy Duty Technician Pay:

Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Bus, Truck, & Van Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial buses and similar vehicles. The ideal candidate is a skilled technician with strong troubleshooting abilities and a commitment to quality service. Responsibilities Perform mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and air conditioning repairs Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and climate-control systems Conduct routine maintenance and preventive service inspections Complete safety inspections and identify needed repairs Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and service manuals Collaborate with service advisors and fellow technicians to ensure efficient repairs Maintain accurate service records and repair documentation Follow all safety procedures and company standards Qualifications Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience working on buses, RVs, diesel vehicles, or similar commercial vehicles Highly proficient in secondary air conditioning systems Highly proficient in electrical/wiring issues Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Experience with diesel engines, air brake systems, and multiplex electrical systems Ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics Valid driver's license required CDL preferred but not required ASE certification preferred but not required Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay: $22.00-$32.00 per hour (based on experience) Health insurance 401(k) retirement plan Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) options Paid holidays Paid vacation time Company-paid CDL training Career growth and advancement opportunities Work Location Saint Augustine, FL 32084 Ability to commute to Saint Augustine is required.
