Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy equipment diesel engines and related systems Perform routine preventive maintenance on construction and heavy equipment machinery Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems on heavy equipment Conduct inspections to identify worn or damaged components and recommend necessary repairs Complete accurate maintenance and repair records and service documentation Operate diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve mechanical issues Ensure all equipment meets safety and operational standards before returning to service

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Diesel Mechanic or similar role Strong knowledge of diesel engine systems, hydraulics, and electrical components Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment Valid driver's license required; CDL a plus Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality workmanship
