Flat Rate Scale:

$28

• 45/hr based on experience, certifications, and proven production $28
• 32: Solid 3-5 year tech with the fundamentals locked in $33
• 38: Strong 5-10 year tech with diagnostic chops and OEM familiarity $39
• 45: Master-level tech — ASE Master, OEM-certified, proven heavy-duty diagnostician

Performance Bonuses:

Weekly and monthly incentives when the shop hits production targets

Realistic Earnings:

$70K

• 95K+ annually for techs who consistently produce What We're Looking For 3+ years of diesel repair experience (heavy-duty / medium-duty / fleet preferred) Strong diagnostic skills — you can troubleshoot without leaning on Google or the lead tech Proficiency with modern diagnostic software and computerized tools

ASE / OEM
