We're putting more service trucks on the road, and we need field techs who can own their truck, own their schedule, and own the outcome on every call. What You'll Do Respond to roadside and on-site breakdown calls — get trucks rolling fast Run fleet PMs and repairs at customer yards across the Tampa Bay region Diagnose and repair diesel engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, electrical, and aftertreatment systems Use advanced diagnostic tools with master tech and shop support a phone call away Communicate directly with dispatch and customers — set expectations, deliver results Represent CFS in the field — you are the brand on every job site How You Get Paid We pay flat rate because we believe producers should be paid for production, not for sitting around. Flat Rate Equivalent:

$32-$42/hr based on experience and certifications

Truck & Tools:

Late-model service truck, fuel card, tablet, diagnostic equipment — fully outfitted, no out-of-pocket

Steady Pipeline:

We don't put trucks on the road we can't keep busy. Our dispatch keeps you producing.
