We are seeking an Entry-Level Diesel Technician - Trailer & Fleet Maintenance, to join our team. The ideal candidate has a basic understanding of medium-to heavy duty mechanical work, a willingness to learn, a strong work ethic, and is dependable. Responsibilities Perform routine preventative maintenance, services, and DOT inspections to ensure optimal performance and safety. Inspect, identify, and complete general truck and trailer repairs, including brakes, air bags, suspension, air systems, and lighting. Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues. Follow repair instructions and complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently. Assist with other truck and trailer repairs as needed. Qualifications Basic understanding of medium-to-heavy duty truck and trailers. Previous mechanical experience preferred. Willingness to learn and follow through on assigned tasks to ensure they are completed fully and accurately. Dependable with a strong work ethic. Able to effectively communicate repair needs. Ability to lift heavy parts and work in a shop environment. CDL is not required. Pay based on experience.

Pay:

$17.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
