Job Description

May Trucking Company has an immediate opening for Entry Level to Experienced Fleet Diesel Technician for Payette, ID locations. May Trucking Company is a drug free company
Pay:
$18+ (Based on skill level and location)
Schedule:
(Depends on location) 8-hour shift Weekend availability

Qualifications:
Minimum eighteen (18) years of age Basic knowledge of vehicle systems Mechanical aptitude Willingness to learn and/or have experience performing Class 8 truck or trailer repairs and maintenance Willing attitude to use or learn diagnostic software used on vehicles Ability to work efficiently with a team or independently Be capable of maintaining regular and punctual attendance Carrier reefer experience a plus
Job Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment safe, reliable, and within DOT compliance Inspect, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Class 8 truck and trailer systems and components Follow troubleshooting steps provided by manufacturer repair manuals and other resources Properly document work using Fleet maintenance software Communicate effectively with a customer service mindset Maintain a safe and clean work environment

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
