Empress Elite, LLC is a growing trucking company looking for an experienced Diesel Mechanic / Technician to join our in-house maintenance team. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair diesel trucks Perform preventative maintenance and routine service Perform DOT inspections and safety-related repairs Troubleshoot diesel engines, electrical systems, brakes, transmissions, and other truck systems Use diagnostic software, computerized systems, and shop equipment Complete accurate repair and maintenance records Identify potential problems before they become major repairs Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all OSHA, DOT, FMCSA, and company safety requirements What We're Looking For 2+ years of diesel mechanic experience preferred Experience working on medium- and heavy-duty trucks Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Knowledge of diesel engines, electrical systems, brakes, and transmissions Familiarity with

FMCSA/DOT

regulations Comfortable using diagnostic software and professional shop equipment ASE certifications are a plus OEM diagnostic experience is a plus Must have your own tools Valid driver's license required CDL is preferred, but not required Reliable, safety-minded, and able to work independently Why Work With Us?
