Job Description
Williams NationaLease is hiring a tractor-trailer Diesel Mechanic for our PM shop in Normal, IL . Every day, our fleet keeps goods moving and customers served. The PM team makes it happen by ensuring trucks are road-ready before they leave the yard. Your role is critical—keeping our fleet healthy, productive, and on the road where it earns. Position Requirements Diesel or PM technician experience Tractor-trailer experience required Basic hand tools and toolbox Valid driver's license Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Pay & Schedule $20-$32/hour based on experience Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:30 PM Saturdays as needed $2/hour shift differential What You'll Do Perform preventative maintenance on tractors and trailers Change oil, filters, and fluids Identify worn or damaged parts Handle repairs and component replacements Prep and clean trucks Keep trucks safe, compliant, and ready for the road Why You'll Like It Here Weekly pay Medical, dental, and vision insurance (plus more) 401(k) with company match PTO and paid holidays Tool & boot reimbursement Uniforms provided and laundered
