MasterTech is on the search for experienced Diesel Mechanics in Streator, IL. The successful Mechanics will be responsible for the maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of over-the-road infrastructure maintenance equipment, including vac trucks, street sweepers, pumps, plows, etc.

Compensation:

$30.00 - $45.00/hour to start based on experience. Quarterly bonuses of around 6% of annual base pay. Comprehensive benefits program including medical, dental, and vision insurance. PTO and sick/personal days. 401K match.

Shift Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 6AM-8AM start time. OT available

Key Qualifications:

2+ years of experience as a Diesel Mechanic or related field (heavy equipment, oilfield, automotive, etc.) Foundational knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems. Experience with OEM diagnostic software or other scanners. Welding and fabrication experience is preferred. Valid driver's license. Must have own set of tools.
