Caldwell's Inc. is a trusted, family-owned trucking company based in Morristown, IN, operating a fleet of 75+ trucks. We take pride in maintaining our equipment to the highest standards and are looking for a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance on company vehicles and equipment Diagnose issues and repair or replace worn parts (including tires) Maintain and promote safety standards during all shifts Keep the work area clean, organized, and free from hazards Assist external technicians and subcontractors when necessary Maintain detailed records of all maintenance, repairs, and related costs

Preferred Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a diesel mechanic Experience using computer diagnostic tools such as Davie 4 and Cummins Insite Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team
