Job Description
RNK Construction is seeking an experienced full-time Lead Deisel Mechanic for Dump Trucks to join our team. We have a fleet of 35 Dump trucks and various types of machinery. Responsibilities for heavy duty maintenance include: Preventative Maintenance such as services Tire Changeouts Perform brake work Perform A/C repairs Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy Diagnose vehicle problems based on driver complaints and inspection Examine assigned vehicle to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended Troubleshoot and repair of lights, suspension, drive line, steering components, brake systems, fan hubs, differentials, change or recharge batteries, and replace transmissions and other duties as assigned. Lubricate moving parts and drive repaired vehicle to verify conformance to specifications Document all work performed and recommended on the repair order. Experience needed
