Diesel Mechanic (A-Level) | Direct Hire | $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Now Hiring in Norton, Taunton, Stoughton & Fall River, MA Express Employment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of our client for experienced A-Level Diesel Mechanics . This is a direct-hire opportunity with a stable, growing company offering competitive pay, outstanding benefits, and long-term career advancement in a clean, modern shop.

Pay Rate:

$36.00•40.00+ per hour (based on experience) $5,000

Sign-On Bonus Schedule:

Monday•

Friday Taunton:

1:00 AM start

Norton:

12:00 PM start

Stoughton:

7:00 AM•5:30

PM Fall River:

3:00 PM•11:30

Responsibilities:

Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on diesel engines and heavy equipment Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems Complete preventative maintenance and detailed inspections Accurately document all repairs and maintenance performed Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards Work independently while assisting and mentoring junior technicians as needed

Qualifications:
