Job Description
Diesel / Bus Mechanic - All Levels (AA Preferred)
Martz is hiring mechanics to join our growing maintenance team! We're seeking an AA-level master mechanic but will consider applicants with any level of mechanical experience who are eager to grow.
What You'll Do
Inspect, diagnose, and repair motorcoaches.
Work on engines, transmissions, electrical, HVAC, and brake/air systems.
Perform preventive maintenance and safety inspections.
Use diagnostic tools and OEM software to troubleshoot issues.
(AA Level) Mentor junior mechanics and support shift operations.
What We're Looking For
Mechanical experience (diesel, truck, bus, or automotive).
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong safety focus and ability to work in a team.
CDL with Passenger Endorsement, inspection certification, and HVAC/refrigerant certifications preferred for higher classifications.
