Diesel Mechanics are eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $5,000!WIN Waste Innovations is looking for a Diesel Mechanic who will repair and maintain our fleet of vehicles.

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair fleet vehicles and equipmentReads and interprets Vehicle Condition Reports and repair ordersCommunicates with supervisor and equipment operators for clarification of maintenance needsCompletes paperwork associated with repairing vehicles, documenting parts usage, and accounts for applied timesMaintains a clean, safe work area in compliance with OSHA and organizational standardsPerforms other job-related duties as assigned.

Maintain positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, vendors, co-workers and management.

Experience, Education, Certification:

Equivalent of (1) high school diploma or G.E.D. certification and 4 years of related equipment maintenance and repair; OR (2) 6 years of related equipment maintenance and repair.

Valid driver license.

Physical Requirements:

Handle tools, equipment, fine motor skillsReach with hands and armsClimb and walk on heights often greater than 4 feetOccasionally must be able to lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs
