We are looking for a hands-on technician with strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and experience servicing, maintaining, and repairing marine diesel engines and related vessel systems . This is a full-time opportunity for someone looking to join an experienced marine service team and build a long-term career in the industry.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose, service, maintain, and repair marine diesel engines Perform preventative maintenance and mechanical repairs Troubleshoot engine, fuel, cooling, exhaust, and related systems Diagnose mechanical and basic electrical issues Perform engine installations, replacements, and related service work as needed Conduct testing and sea trials to verify repairs Clearly document work performed and communicate repair findings Work alongside other technicians to complete projects safely and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications:

3+ years of diesel, marine, heavy equipment, or related mechanical experience preferred Marine diesel experience strongly preferred Experience with brands such as Volvo Penta, Yanmar, Cummins, Caterpillar, MAN, or similar is valuable Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability Understanding of marine mechanical and electrical systems is a plus ABYC or manufacturer certifications are a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license Dependable, professional, and mechanically strong
